In its box but there are some paint chips at the bow, stern and on the side. Most odd and the stern flake just came off when I took the ship out for the photos. You can see the paint flake in one of the photos.

Made about 2004 as part of the generic models series of Triang Minic Ships.
Type 42 batch 3 destroyer
110mm (4.5″) long.
In a bubble so parcel rate for postage I am afraid. This wont change though if you add a few items.

Bulker China Steel Enterprises from Triang Minic Ships P641
This is the Tri-ang Minic Ships model of a bulk carrier in the livery of China Steel Express of Taiwan who operate a fleet of 15 Capesize Bulk Carriers transporting coal and iron ore for its parent company China Steel Corporation.
The casting is based on a 100,000+ deadweight ton Capesize Bulk Carrier, with a cargo capacity of approximately 110,000 cubic metres, similar to a series of ships built by Oshima Shipbuilding Co Ltd of Oshima, Japan and Imabari Shipbuilding Co Ltd of Saijo, Japan.
The model is marked on the underside with the Tri-ang Minic logo, “Modern Edition”, model number P 641 and the description Bulk Carrier.
