This is a brand new metal 1250 scale model of the Cable laying ship Monarch.  She was built for the Post Office Corporation by Robb Caledon in 1976.  In the livery of Cable and Wireless.   She was 3872 tons gross and 97metres long.  Length is 78mms or 3 inches .  This is a small run of this model.
