Here is an Ocean Terminal Boxed Set produced in the 70s when Hornby revived the Triang Minic Ships range.  Made in Hong Kong but all the parts are identical to the 1st and indeed the third series except for the printing underneath.  This set contains  RMS Queen Mary, two tugs, an ocean terminal and extension, five quay straights a customs shed and a crane set, three end pieces and 2 breakwater straights.

The contents are in good playworn condition but the Queen Mary has both masts and is mint.  The box front cover is another attractive piece of artwork based on Southampton and is  showing some wear. It shows a different aspect of the Queen Mary. The rest of the box is well worn hence the photos to show this.

So more a set to use rather than as a collector’s item.
