This is a model from the First Series of Triang Minic ships which were made between 1958 and 1964 HMS Superb cruiser in blue. Well worn. She is 6 inches long or 140mm. Minic code M 762 our ref W505 This is the Tri-ang Minic Ships model of HMS Superb one of a proposed class of eight Light Cruisers, known as the Minotaur Class, which were ordered under the 1941 and 1942 Warship Construction Programmes. The design was modified after the first two ships, HMS Swifture and HMS Minotaur, were laid down in 1941 as a result of which these two ships became known as the "Group 1" ships. The "Group 2" ships, sometimes referred to as the Superb Class, included HMS Superb of which Tri-ang Minic Ships also produced a model. The models of HMS Swiftsure and HMS Superb were identical distinguished only by the model number and name marked on the underside. -

M744 Triang Minic Hornby 2nd series. IJN Yamato mighty Japanese battleship 65000 tons. 215mm 8 inches. Good condition, boxed, one box end missing, never been out of it. Usual wear on the plastic box. Our ref W501 -
2nd Series USS Missouri Battleship. as produced by Hornby in the 70's. The ship has never been out of its box. The plastic boxes of this series always show some storage wear and this one is a bit dusty and is missing an end. 8 inches or 200 mms in length. Triang ref M743 Our ref W500 A very fine model. -

Condition: one gun barrel missing on the second turret, helicopter intact, helicopter has a nice finish, hull paint is quiteworn.

Yes the Queen's Royal Yacht was designed to be easily converted to a hospital ship in times of conflict. Just over 4 inches long, 105mm. Condition: playworn with bent masts and chipped paint. Here is a very rare model from the First series of Triang Minic ships, a Pilots' launch. This is very good condition, almost mint.
Triang code M 726. It is about 1.5 inches long or 37mm and our ref is M901.

This is a model of the Queen Mary from the 1st series of Triang Minic Ships produced in the early 60s. She is 10 inches long or 245mm. In playworn condition: one mast is missing (however it is present in the photo, need to find it) and some of the paint is chipped. Our ref L564 -

Condition of the model is playworn. Guns and helicopter are intact. The helicopter has a nice finish, however the paint is slightly chipped and unfortunately, for whatever reason, 'D10' is painted on wither side of the ship. 60+ years old .

This is a model from the first series of Triang Minic Ships made between 1958 and 1964. Known and loved as a beautiful cruise liner this was the first model produced by Triang all those years ago. M701 60 years old, playworn condition. Mostly good but quite dusty and a couple of chips in the paint (very small) This is about 6 inches long. Or 15cms. Our ref L563
