Here is a detailed metal model of MV Laburnum in the service of Trans European Ferries. Built in 1970 and in TEE service from 1993-2003 Originally Free Enterprise V she had a long and successful history and we made six different liveries in the summer of 2020. She was 117metres long or 385ft and just over 5000 tons in size and top speed of 19 knots could carry 1132 passengers. and 250 cars. Scale is 1/1250 She was built in 1970 in Schiedam, Netherlands for the Townsend Thoresen company. She sailed as TT until 1987, then for P & O (1988) as the Pride of Hythe, TEE (1993) as Laburnum, Comonav as Tadla (2003) and Veronica Line as Veronica (2007) until she was scrapped in 2012. 1st Series Paddle steamer Cardiff Queen. This is a model from the First series of Triang Minic ships which were made from 1958 to 1964 and sailed around the Bristol Channel especially to holiday destinations such as Ilfracombe. Day trip ferry. Good condition, a small white mark on one funnel.

This version is in the Magnus the Viking livery she currently wears. She came into service in 2002. She is 112 metres long or 367 feet. 9000 tons in size and top speed of 19 knots. She was the first of three to be built in class and was the the first passenger-carrying ferry on the Dover Strait with two vehicle decks and double-level loading so she set the tone of all subsequent developments on the route. Originally built for Townsend Thoresen. She was 132metres long and just under 8000 tons in size, a top speed of 22 knots and carrying 1400 passengers. Ref F35 from CNCollectables. Here is a highly detailed metal new model of the Brittany Ferries ship MV Bretagne in current livery. This is the first of our three Brittany Ferries to be remastered and made in metal.
