Here is a complete box of the three type 42 Batch 1 Destroyers which were included in the limited edition produced in 2002-03. There is HMS Newcastle HMS Cardiff and HMS Glasgow. They are wrapped in tissue in side this box. The querk is that on the underside it does say HMS Cardiff when in fact it is Newcastle and so on each of the three ships. The heli deck is wrong too but this is how they were made and this is the only version of HMS Newcastle and Cardiff ever made by Triang. In the limited edition this was a production error but Triang were unable to re-release the ships with correct pennant and casting. Length 4.0 inches and 100mm. Triang code N741 742 and 743 -
This is a painted and complete metal model of a full hull A Class submarine of the Royal Navy as HMS Alliance, the museum boat on display at HMS Dolphin Gosport submarine museum. It is on a stand which is incorporated into the casting. There's a A class submarine we make in waterline format too.

This is a painted and complete model of the USS Jimmy Carter, SSN 23 which is an extended Seawolf class submarine in 1250 scale made in metal by CNCollectables in metal. She is named after the 39th President of the USA who is the only President who served in submarines. Length 138m 453ft Beam 12m 40ft Displacement 12139 tonnes. Crew 141 Top speed 25knots This is about 4+ inches long or 110mm. Ref S34

Here is a model of S107 HMS Trafalgar lead submarine of the Trafalgar Class from the Limited Edition issue by Tri-ang Minic Ships. One of 4 models made. It is mint and unboxed. Length 2.75 inches or 70mm. Impressive and very detailed and with the submarine number on the conning tower. Tri-ang code N790 and or P785 -

The querk is that on the underside it does say HMS Glasgow, when in fact it is Cardiff. The flightdeck is wrong too but this is how they were made and is the only version of Cardiff ever made by Triang.
I have very few of these for sale, and also the reciprocal ships with the wrong name on the underside, HMS Newcastle and HMS Glasgow. In the limited edition this was a production error but Triang were unable to re-release the ships with correct pennant and casting.

Here is our second brand new model for 2024, a highly detailed model of the USNS 2ndLt John P Bo Bo, the first in class and named after a US Marine Medal of Honour recipient. This ship is a roll on roll off support ship of 40,846 tons when loaded. At 673ft long and 105ft wide she can carry over 1million gallons of fuel, 81,000 gallons of water and 500 containers. TAK 3008. In 1250 scale the ship is just under 7inches or 170mms in length. This class of ship has never been modelled in 1250 scale metal before and is well finished and detailed. She was 2600 tons, 370ft or 110 m in length. Max speed 30knots. Arms included Sea Cat missiles, 4.5inch guns and a Wasp helicopter. This is a newly mastered metal model in 1250 scale.
