This is a model from the first series of Triang Minic ships made between 1958 and 1964. This is the Aquitania of Cunard Lines. She is 10 inches long or 250mm. Condition is very good and with a warm creamy colour for the deck. There are small playwear marks in various places but it doesn't detract from the overall display i.m.h.o. The box is good . This is a model from the second series of Triang Minic ships made in the 70s under the Hornby name. This is SS United States, holder of the Blue Riband at various times for the fastest travel cross the Atlantic. A great liner from the age of transatlantic luxury. She is 10 inches long or 250mm.
