Here is a detailed metal model of The Pride of Bruges a P & O Cross Channel Ro Ro ferry built in the 1980s formerly the Pride of Free Enterprise so in her second livery as from 1987-1999. She was the first of three to be built in class and was the the first passenger-carrying ferry on the Dover Strait with two vehicle decks and double-level loading so she set the tone of all subsequent developments on the route. Originally built for Townsend Thoresen. She was 132metres long and just under 8000 tons in size, a top speed of 22 knots and carrying 1400 passengers. Ref F35 from CNCollectables. Posted all over the world with tracked postage. -
This is a model from the First series of Triang Minic ships which were made from 1958 to 1964. The Cork lightship. These were supplied in boxes of a dozen assorted of the five examples of lightship. I have just found a box of these from the age of the dinosaurs and am listing them today. This model is still in its original plastic packaging and is untouched and unopened. There may be some storage wear.approx 1 inch in length. my ref M159 -
This is a set of USN Low visibility Stars and Bars decals waterslide transfers from CNCollectables for 1250/1200 scale. This is a quarter of an A6 sized sheet so there are approx 300. We also have RAF decals in the same sizes and quantities. Thought they would be good to accompany our range of over 40 white metal aircraft with 13 new ones mostly USN due in April 2021. This is SS United States Holder of the Blue Riband at various times for the fastest travel cross the Atlantic She is 10 inches long or 250mm. Condition is playworn and the base has been removed. This is a kit model of a Lafayette class submarine in 1250 scale made by Mountford Models in metal. This class was part of the USN Cold War response and a development from the Ethan Allen class. Length 130m 425ft Beam 10m 33ft Displacement 8245 tonnes. Crew 140 Top speed 21knots,This is about 3.5 inches or 100mm long. ref MM311KIT
