  • 1st Series Paddle steamer Cardiff Queen. This is a model from the First series of Triang Minic ships which were made from 1958 to 1964 and sailed around the Bristol Channel especially to holiday destinations such as Ilfracombe.  Day trip ferry. Good condition, a small white mark on one funnel.

  • Here is a model of Type 23 Frigate HMS Norfolk F230 . from the  Limited edition of Triang Minic Ships from 2002/03. This limited edition ship is in mint condition, and is unboxed. These models are very rare. Pennant number in place and the name is diecast underneath. Length 4.0 inches and 100mm Triang code P730  N730

This class was part of the USN Cold War response and a development from the Ethan Allen class. Length 130m 425ft Beam 10m 33ft   Displacement 8245 tonnes.   • This is an unmade kit of  a George Washington class waterline submarine  in 1250 scale made by Mountford Models in metal. This was a class of nuclear powered ballistic missile subs which were part of the US nuclear deterrent in the late 1980’s.  Length 116m 382ft and displacement 6709 tonnes. Crew 140 Top speed 22knots. This model is about 3.5inches or 95 mms in length.  Part of a large range of US submarines.ref MM291KIT

  • Here is an unmade and complete waterline scale metal model of the Isle of Man car ferry MS Snaefell of the Isle of Man Steam Packet Company . A Seacat catamaran. Length 73ft Beam: 26 ft  3003 tons. Scale is 1250 so this model is 60mms in length. ref MM296KIT

    Here is a detailed metal model of MV  Veronica Line which from 2007 to 2012 sailed for the Veronica Line. This is the fifth in  our offer of six ferries. Built in 1970 and in TEE service from 1993-2003 Originally Free Enterprise V she had a long and successful history and we are making her in six different liveries in the summer of 2020 which are two TT, plus P&O, TEE, Comanov and Veronica Line.     She was 117metres long  or 385ft and just over 5000 tons in size and top speed of 19 knots could carry 1132 passengers. and 250 cars. This model was released in August 2020.  Scale is 1/1250 She was built in 1970 in Schiedam, Netherlands for the Townsend Thoresen company. She sailed as TT until 1987, then  for P & O (1988)  as the Pride of Hythe, TEE (1993) as Laburnum, Comonav as Tadla (2003) and Veronica Line as Veronica (2007) until she was scrapped in 2012.
