    Here is a fully painted  version of  a metal Soviet Rocket Vostock 1 with a resin launch pad.  It is part of a 1250 scale range called  Space 2 U and made by Mountford Miniatures which we bought in 2021.  There are a number of items in painted and kit form. Ref 125003P
  • Here is one of  a new very limited  run of our 1200 scale ship type 23 frigate in extended life format.  Part of our Triang Minic Ships Series 4. This model is  HMS Richmond  F239 in current life extended mode.  Hand made in the UK, in metal and  a bubble which is stapled to its card. This is one of our Accessory Packs which are compatible with items from the Triang Minic Series 1.  Each item is newly mastered and made. This is a pair of pier shelters.  Code CM07S.  This is new, made of metal, painted and lacquered inside a plastic bag and stapled onto a card. 

    We also plan to release some of these as Collectors' items in a sealed bubble.   The tradition marches on.

  • Here is a detailed metal model of the Pride of Free Enterprise, a Cross Channel Ro Ro ferry built for the Townsend Thoresen Company and in service from 1979-87. She was the third of three to be built in class and this design was the the first passenger-carrying ferry on the Dover Strait with two vehicle decks and double-level loading. She was 132metres long and just under 8000 tons in size and top speed of 22 knots and carrying 1400 passengers. Another ferry from CNCollectables ref F32 with new tooling in 2021. Posted all over the world with tracked postage.
  • Well here is another surprise, I found a few of these when sorting through my stock of type 42/2. Made about 2004 as part of the generic models series of Triang Minic Ships. Type 42 batch 2 destroyer 95mm (4inches.) long. Unboxed as I'm taking them out of the bubble so large letter postage which is £2 cheaper. ref P745g

  • Here is a diecast model of a Guy Arab double decker bus in the City of Birmingham Corporation Livery. Made by  Forward Models and on route 44 to Acocks Green. Condition mint and boxed.
  • From the Transport in Miniature Series here are three painted metal  Landing Craft  TM110.
  • 1st Series County Class batch one guided missile destroyer,  HMS Hampshire in grey.

    Condition: guns, masts and  the helicopter is intact. Hull has an amount of the usual wear.

    Made in 63/64 and Triang code M783.  This is about 5.5 inches long. Or 130mms. Our ref W623.

  • Here is an unused model of the Container ship in Maersk  Lines livery, a version which sold out very quickly years ago.

    This was part of 4 re- releases by Triang Minic in about 2013.  We have been able to acquire two of these albeit at significant cost.

    Full size length 848ft/258metres, beam 103ft/31.5 metres, draught 38ft/11.7metres.    The length of model is  8 inches or 21.5cms.

  • Here is a boxed model of USS Nimitz CVN 68 nuclear powered aircraft carrier. Triang code P800, a heavy and large beast. 11inches long or 277mm. The ship has not been out of its box but the box doe shave some storage wear. This is the Tri-ang Minic Ships model of USS Nimitz CVN 68 lead ship of the US Navy's Nimitz Class nuclear powered aircraft carriers which is named after Fleet Admiral Chester W Nimitz who commanded the US Pacific Fleet during World War II. The ten Nimitz class carriers are the largest warships in the world by displacement and are identified by consecutive hull numbers starting with CVN 68 where the letters CV denote the type of ship (aircraft carrier), N denotes nuclear powered propulsion and the number, e.g. 68, means that it is the 68th aircraft carrier commissioned by the US Navy. These 100,000+ ton ships, with an airwing of approximately 72 aircraft operating from a 4.5 acre flight deck, are floating airports able to launch as many as four aircraft per minute to protect the battle group or other friendly shipping; conduct attacks against enemy aircraft, surface ships, submarines and land targets; provide air support to land forces; or implement a sea / air blockade. They can both launch and recover aircraft simultaneously.
