Here is a newly mastered and detailed metal model of the RFA Sir Galahad, L3005, as built on the Clyde in 1966 in the Round Table Class and lost in the Falklands Conflict in 1982. She was 412ft or 116 metres in length and gross tonnage was 6390. Made as part of our Falklands 40 project as are her four sister ships. Length of the model is 100mms or just under 4 inches. Here is a model of the USS Germantown which is a Whidbey Island Class Dock Landing ship of the USNavy. At 16100 tons there are eight ships in this class. This model is pennanted 42. Scale is 1/1250 Size is 6 inches or 150mms in length. In a secure box. This is one of a number of models which we have inherited when we bought the former Mountford range from MT Miniatures. She is made of resin by CNCollectables with metal detail and we have just retooled the metal parts as part of our constant urge to make the best model ships we can. Here is a highly detailed model of USS Hunley SSBN submarine support ship. Pennant number AS31
She was the first ship designed and purpose built to service and maintain the U.S. Navy's nuclear-powered Ballistic Missile Submarine Fleet. She had complete facilities for servicing the Polaris weapons systems and for accomplishing any submarine repair other than a major overhaul.
Scale is 1/1250. It is made of resin with metal detail and is part of the former Mountford Models stock we bought last year. Size is 160 mms or 6 inches long . ref N84

Here is another new release for 2023. This is a hand made metal model of the Commodore Clipper Ferry. The Commodore Clipper is a purpose built conventional Ro Ro ferry designed for a year round, all-weather service. She has space for around 300 passengers and over 100 cars and operated by Condor Ferries on routes to the Channel Islands and France from Portsmouth. Scale is 1/1250 She has been remastered and now made of metal by CNCollectables and is 4inches or 100mms in length. Our ref F37x -
This is a brand new metal 1250 scale model of HMS Endurance, a Royal Navy ice patrol vessel from 1967 to 1991. She had a bright red hull, as is common for polar vessels to aid visibility but otherwise uncommon for the Royal Navy, so her crew nicknamed her The Red Plum. Endurance was equipped with a signals listening suite on top of the hangar. This is the peacetime version with A171 on her hull.. Cat ref N71x Length of the model is 75mms or about 3 inches.

This is a repainted model of the SS France, from the first series of Triang Minic ships made between 1958 and 1964 She is 10 inches long or 260mm. The repaint is good and there are wings fitted to the funnels. Very nice. Triang Minic code M 707 Our ref L831 -
Here is an unused model of the Container ship in Maersk Lines livery, a version which sold out very quickly years ago.
This was part of 4 re- releases by Triang Minic in about 2013. We have been able to acquire two of these albeit at significant cost.
Full size length 848ft/258metres, beam 103ft/31.5 metres, draught 38ft/11.7metres. The length of model is 8 inches or 21.5cms.
