  • 1st Series HMS Wiston minesweeper of the Ton Class. The Royal Navy had 116 of these and Triang made 8, all looking the same but with different names and numbers diecast underneath. This is a model from the First series of Triang Minic ships which were made from 1958 to 1964. In grey 60+ years old.

    Condition is the funnel is missing but otherwise good.  This is about 1 inch long 25mm.

  • 1st Series M790  HMS Volage frigate in blue. This is a model from the First series of Triang Minic ships which were made from 1958 to 1964. Triang code M790. Well worn condition.  55 years old. This is about 4 inches long. 100mm. My ref  W72.

    HMS Volage one of the Royal Navy's five ship "V" Class 1st Rate Fast Anti-Submarine Frigates which were conversions of the remaining ships from the eight ship flotilla of "Valentine" Class destroyers that were laid down, built and commissioned during the Second World War.

    SPECIAL OFFER TIME STILL GOT SOME OF THESE TO OFFER YOU. Four unboxed minesweepers/hunters from the US Navy. Four differently though incorrectly numbered by the factory.  Acme and Avenger classes but numbered the wrong way around. Combinations will be from 11-15 and in the 5xx series. Triang made these versions when they also made four examples of the OHP, Arleigh Burke, Spruance, Ticonderoga and Nimitz models.  All the other ships were made properly but these has the decals the wrong way around and this wasnt noticed until they arrived in the UK.  Ideal for war gaming and for repainting and converting. Needless to say we had about 144 of each set. new unboxed meaning uncarded so that they fit into the large letter shipping rate, less than 25mm wrapped. about 2inches in length 50mm each Triang Minic Code P 860 Our ref SP 13
