Here is a superb mint example of RMS Amazon, a 1st Series liner Royal Mail Ship to the Southern Hemisphere. This is one of three ships made by Triang right towards the end of the range lifespan, about 1963/4 which is why these are so rare. M 718. Yes this is another one which I have had in my collection and have decided to liberate. Condition of the model is brilliant, immaculate. The box is very good. There are alas no plastics. This is a model from the first series of Triang Minic ships made between 1958 and 1964. This is the Aquitania of Cunard Lines. She is 10 inches long or 250mm. Condition is very good and with a warm creamy colour for the deck. There are small playwear marks in various places but it doesn't detract from the overall display i.m.h.o. The box is good .
