Here is a superb mint example of RMS Amazon, a 1st Series liner Royal Mail Ship to the Southern Hemisphere. This is one of three ships made by Triang right towards the end of the range lifespan, about 1963/4 which is why these are so rare. M 718. Yes this is another one which I have had in my collection and have decided to liberate. Condition of the model is brilliant, immaculate. The box is very good. There are alas no plastics. In good condition. She is 7 inches long or 190mm. Minic code M 751, our ref T66 This is the Tri-ang Minic Ships model of HMS Bulwark one of a class of four Light Fleet Carriers laid down at the end of the Second World War and commissioned during the 1950's. Tri-ang Minic produced identical models of HMS Bulwark, HMS Centaur and HMS Albion. The model of HMS Bulwark is distinguished by the model number and name marked on the underside and the deck code 'B' -

Over the years we have collected a number of type 45s with a variety of faults and now they are looking for new homes and harbours. Unboxed, many of these have faulty and corroded paintwork in places, PARTICULARLY NEAR THE STERN LOUVRES which is why the main photo shows this.
