April 2024.

Hello and welcome to our first newsletter of 2024.

We have changed the plug in for newsletters so we hope that this works well.

We have received our first new model which is the MV Manxman of the Isle of Man Company. We have had some good feedback about the model from early owners, thank you so much.

Also received are some back catalogue ships which have been assembled and painted. These include several models such as a Rothesay Frigate in resin with no pennants, some metal Krivak 1 destroyers and some USS Davies destroyers. We also have some Altmark merchant ship from WW2 with a different livery and HMS Rodney battleship. We now have also made some icebergs in three sizes!

We are really pleased to have new production stock of ten of our most popular submarines including Swiftsure, Valiant, Virginia and Virginia full hull.

On the 2024 New Releases page there is a substantial list of our plans for this year and as soon as we have delivery dates, we add them to it.

Our second new ship due late April/early May is the USS J F Kennedy Carrier, the second of the Gerald Ford Class with a reconfigured island and other detail. We shall have Gerald Ford too.

Our third new release will be the first set of three Modern Stealth Ships and about the same time the Military Sealift Class the USNS Lt Bobo. These are targeted for June.  So that will be six new models.

If any of the new items catch your eye and are on your wants list, please drop us a mail to reserve one. We always have an order list and will priority reserve the model for you.

Also on the website is the 2024 list of mini ship shows which we plan to attend.  If it is convenient for you to come it is a good chance to ‘click and collect’ orders from us, have a chat and also avoid postage.

Last month we listed our last of the bendy Triang merchant ships and a variety of 1st Series Triang in their usual three categories.

There are many more items to photo and list so that’s it for now.

Yours in ships, hobbies, and good companionship.
