Here is a quick newsletter to remind you that our Birthday Sale will finish at the end of July.
On Sunday 28th July we shall of course be at the Lincoln Ship Show, run by Tim Hudson. It is from 10.15am to 1.30pm at the new venue of Dunholm Village Hall, LN2 3SU. We will see our manufacturer Dave there and collect some new models for us to stock:
- N129 – USNS Seay (Bob Hope Class cargo ship)
- N130 – HMS Endurance (peacetime livery, pennant A171)
- M16 – CS Monarch (Cable & Wireless liveried cable ship, sister to CS Iris)
- Three different models of the Midway Class US Navy Carrier as it was in the 1960s (N128), 1970s (N86), and 1990s (N113).
We will also have a display version of the next USNS model, the Gordon Class.
We are pleased to be selling plenty of our new models including Set One of our Stealth Ship Collection, and 2nd Lt Bo Bo Military Sealift Ship.
Stealth Ship Set Two is in production. The three models are the SKJOLD CLASS, KRI KLEWANG and SEA SHADOW stealth ships. We have a separate leaflet on the Collection that details all four sets.
We are going to have our final break of the year covering most of August. The eBay and web shops will be closed from the 4th to the 31st for us to have some Down Time with family and fresh air.
Before reopening we will also continue to sort through and list a great variety of items especially ships and white metal aircraft. As you can see on the webshop we have many Triang Minic 1st Series ships and harbour pieces, in every kind of condition from ‘mint boxed’ to ‘in need of TLC’ (which means a complete repaint).
After our summer break we will be bringing new products to you and plenty of ‘new’ used items as well.
In September we will be at the North-West Ship Show in Liverpool on Saturday 21st and it would be great to see as many of you as possible in person.
