February 2021 newsletter from CN Collectables

Hello! Here is our first newsletter of 2021, starting with news of what has now arrived and what is in production now for delivery by the end of March.

First to arrive have been five 35000-ton oil tankers in metal.  Also new production of Hermes in 1966 and 1981 versions has arrived.

Our next releases for 2021 will be four dockside accessories which have been retooled and revised so that their quay heights match our Dockyard kits and Triang quay heights which so many people use.

Then due on 29th March there are six versions of the Spirit Class Cross Channel Ro-Ro ferries. Again, the master has been refurbished and we are offering all the original three in Townsend Thoresen livery and then two versions in P & O and one as P & O Stena.  Two of these we made two years ago and were so popular that we offer them again.

Also newly mastered, and in production, are lists 3,4 and 5 of the aircraft series. There are 26 new planes in total with folded and fixed wing options, covering all the main US Navy planes since WW2.  They include EA18 Growler, EA6B Howler, E2 Hawkeye, Corsair, Intruder up to the Sky Warrior. There’s also the Nimrod MR2 by popular request. Delivery expected middle to the end of March.

Other news is that our website is being refreshed as it is nearly 6 years old. Watch this space!

As mentioned in our last newsletter, the CNCollectables range (CNC) of 1250 scale models is being developed and so you may have noticed some new catalogue numbers as well as new models!

We have always said that when there is no news we won’t bother you with a long newsletter so, keeping it short, that’s it for now.  There lots of other ideas, ships and harbour items planned but the ones mentioned today are those in production.

You are receiving this newsletter because you are one of our customers, or have shown interest in receiving these. Please let us know if this is not true and we will delete your name from the mailing list

Yours in model ships
