Hello readers!

Our last new ships for 2023 will be available from 15th December when we will have USS Ronald Reagan, USS Supply, USS Blue Ridge, and USS Mount Whitney. These ships are updated, newly tooled and with newly designed and manufactured metalwork.

Thus, this year we have remade enhanced models of all the big ships in the catalogue.

In 2023 we have produced many models and these as usual are listed on the New Releases page of the website.

We also have some special offers on the site under the Blue Monday heading or as 2023 Special Offers.

Our first brand new model in 2024 will be the new Manxman Ferry of the Isle of Man Company.

In 2023 we had a break in January and August. This not only gave us family time, a holiday and time for a rest, but also time to tidy, stocktake, photo, find more stock to list, and so on.

In 2024 we shall close the website and our eBay shop from Wednesday 3rd January to Monday 5th February.

Our new Devonport dockyard kits of basins 4 and 5 have sold quickly so thank you to those people who said they would buy one. Without your support this big venture would not have happened. At the time of writing, we have just four left.

Our Basin 2 Frigate Complex kit is admired wherever we go, and we shall have some more available in December.  As always if you wish to reserve one, please let us know as we have begun a list.

Full Hull Ships.– last chance for SALE stock going quickly!

Our half-priced sales of Atlas full hull ships are going well, and these will be delisted and given to charity after the end of November.

In the used models department, we have been listing a variety of Triang 1 Series ships, many with boxes and also a number of pre-owned 1250 scale ships from a variety of manufacturers.

2023-24 Ship Shows

Our last ship show was at Wellow on 19th November. It has been so rewarding to meet customers and colleagues in person, provide an order collection service, and of course discuss future plans. We put known information on upcoming Ship Shows on the website and in newsletters. At the moment a similar selection of venues to this year is planned for 2024 and we hope to meet even more of you!

More details will be sent out nearer the time but for now:

Sunday 28th July 2024 – The Lincoln Mini-Ship show

(Faldingworth village hall, LN8 3SE).

Saturday 21st September 2024 – The Liverpool show organised by the World Ship Society. 11am to 4pm

(Christchurch Community Centre in Crosby, Liverpool L22 1RE)

Theale Mini Ship shows – dates to be confirmed in 2024

(Theale Village Hall, RG7 5AS)

Wellow Mini Ship shows – dates to be confirmed in 2024

(Wellow Village Hall near Romsey, Hampshire SO31 6BR)

There is no ship show in Bristol planned for the Spring.
